Hello! First off, I love this game. I've played it since some very early builds, but the one thing that I have to complain about is the use of AI for the backgrounds and some of the animation. I was wondering if there is any plan to replace those aspects with real art by real people?
I am super excited to play this game. im gonna give it some more time for lots of updates since I played it back when it was first released and I want Loads of content to go through but I loved it when I did play it!

You have to do the follow-up appointment at the Doctor, then do the dialogue action asking "how to have secks". Doctor will tell MC the time-frame, which triggers the quest.
