Art style is nice. There is a clicking noise when the stepmom talks though. I think it's punctuation, and it's kind of annoying to listen to. Looking forward to seeing a finished product.

The main character customization is something I really wanna do! I intend to make the hair and skin colors editable (Cos additional drawing would be too much and would slow down the production a lot :c).

Remember, all types of timed text are extremely unpleasant.
You can set the text speed at maximum, so you won't have to wait for pauses while reading... 😅 Maybe it gets less unpleasant.
